Voting Question: Scorpio Sun with Aries Moon with Aries Sun and?

My husband is an Aries, born March 25th, 1981 at 10:15am in Long Beach, CA. I was born November 6th, 1984 at 5:07pm in the same city. From a Sun standpoint, his Aries and my Scorpio are extremely combative and have created quite a stir but I am confused... wouldn't my Aries moon help? What about our Venus signs being in Aries and Sag? I am confused as to why this relationship is so tormented... Can it be saved? We have an amazing amount of chemistry together but sometimes the aggression & animosity between us is too much. I felt my Aries moon would facilitate more harmony here.
