Baby, It's Cold Outside

Last week the weather channel was predicting a warm up for today. Above average temperatures, even. Such is not the case, but that doesn't deter the intrepid Long Beach reveler from having fun. Numerous restaurants are rising to the challenge of keeping body and spirits warm with menu specials.

Caffe Laguna has adjusted their prix fixe dinner special. A few things added, a few things changed, but mostly the change is it's now $24.95 for a three course meal (app, entree & dessert). It's such a pretty place inside. Duck in for a bite!

And, have you seen the new place at the end of Beech St., next to the new dance place? They're specialty is a Muffuletta sandwich, but they're serving up warm waffles and cool, creamy gelato. Buon appetite, Long Beach (and stay warm).
