I came across this dude after getting done with playing some Call of Duty and deciding to take my dog for a late night stroll to burn one down. My initial thoughts were "This is a perfect opportunity for a harmless but malicious prank" but I on my way back I decided that the right thing to do was help this guy avoid getting arrested.
